Welcome to Silver Whiskers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of silverwhiskers.eu (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell carefully selected products designed to support the comfort, mobility, wellbeing, and everyday life of dogs, with a particular focus on senior dogs.
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colours, packaging, or minor product details will always exactly match those displayed on the Site. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Our products are intended for use as described on the relevant product pages. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If your dog has a medical condition, allergy, or is currently under veterinary care, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before using any product.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure that product information, availability, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or stock availability.
The submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, and eligibility.
Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
5. Shipping
Silver Whiskers delivers to selected destinations as displayed during checkout. Available delivery destinations may change from time to time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are indicative only.

6. Force Majeure
Silver Whiskers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, transport disruptions, or failures of suppliers or carriers.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@silverwhiskers.eu within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned complete, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, instructions, and other items originally supplied.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Where applicable, we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund to reflect such diminished value, as permitted by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, sealed pet care products such as shampoos, paw balms, nose balms, and other sealed hygiene-sensitive products.
Unless the return is due to our error or because the product is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
8. Warranty and Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@silverwhiskers.eu, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
We may ask you to provide additional information or to return the product for inspection before processing your claim.
Where a claim is confirmed, we will, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost to you. If the product needs to be returned due to our error or because it is damaged or defective, we will arrange or reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, design, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Silver Whiskers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks, images, and other materials belonging to third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silver Whiskers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other indirect losses arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer residing in another European Union Member State, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
